Matthew O’Leary, a former UL Lafayette School of Geosciences graduate student working with Dr. Raphael Gottardi, recently published the results of his Master’s thesis to the Journal of Coastal Research.

The paper investigates the relationship between growth faults, subsidence and land loss in coastal Louisiana (Cameron Parish).

Matthew O’Leary is currently a petroleum geologist at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management.
