Associate Professor Raphaël Gottardi is the PI of a new grant jointly funded by the Tectonics program in the Division of Earth Sciences at NSF and the Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR).

This project aims at understanding the relationship between fluid flow and strain localization in mid-crustal shear zones.
